Need help with mod Conflict

I've just recently started having problems with my game when I started it up to play to day I did a normal attack and it sounded like fireballs being fired off in rapid succession right after I tried a power attack it did the same thing. So after asking in the chat room here someone said to post my load order here so here it is (note not all mods are active)

Have you run BOSS? Do you use Wrye Bash and have a bashed patch?

 

I'm using Improved Fires and Flames with a large number of mods, and not having this problem with it. I think the problem is probably related to spell effects.

I'm using it with no problems as well but when he said he was hearing fire spell noises it seemed something easy to remove and test (assuming you installed it with OBMM). Running BOSS is a good suggestion, I should have mentioned it.

I've ran BOSS and followed some advice others gave me but the problem still persisted. Anyway re-installing now
