XCOM2 What mods would you like to see?

All what i want atm is use Psi abilities without Psi Amp.

 

Aslo, would be absolutly perfect for me (i playing mostly psi-classes) if anyone add psi-aura "Fortress" as permanent visual effect. :thumbsup:

This makes the Psi Amp invisible for aesthetics if that helps? though if you want to free up the slot for something else that's something else entirely.

 

also there is already aura that exists for the ability that removes negative effects(name escapes me)

more customized options for your soldiers, more faces, more hair types for both male and female soldiers, more body types, and generally

All jokes aside ... (yeah right) ... I'm actually very surprised that a "nude mod" or "Chainmail (kevlar?) Bikini" armor hasn't yet been made. It's generally one of the first mods created for ANY game that's even remotely moddable.

 

I mean Firaxis DID make the Codex's (Codii?) quite ... feminine, in appearance, and the Viper's do wear am armor plated bustier .chest plate ... (kind of fitting for a giant snake to feminine, no? ;) )

I would like to see a new mission type to rescue captured XCOM operatives. I searched the forums but couldn't find a similar request.

That is because it is already in the game. If you have to abandon a soldier due to a mission timer, the game stores that. Later, a council mission may randomly generate a rescue mission. It will randomly choose between a scientist, engineer, or soldier. If there is a "rescue soldier" mission, it will randomly pick one of your abandoned soldiers. So, it is kind of rare.

I'd like a mod that gives the rifles and tier 2-3 pistols that have suppression and either overwrite the existing templates or give you a toggle to hide the non-suppression variants.

 

A Valkyria Chronicles 1 voice pack would be cool too, but you'd need to either crack a proprietary file container or spend hours playing the game just to record voice clips.
