Remove Pipe Weapons

Given my complete lack of experience modding, I wonder if someone can get started on this?

 

To me, Pipe Weapons (especially a handheld .308) are horribly immersion breaking. They look terrible, even when playing my survivalist/raider character, and generally don't do it for me (and, I think, a lot of people.

 

So, briefly:

 

Remove all pipe weapons and populate the spawns with more melee, 10mm, and hunting rifles. Especially melee; kinda weird we had a functional melee system for Skyrim and they didn't port much of it over for close-quarters metro Boston action.

 

Anywho: yay.
