No Total War mods on Nexus?

Is this what you are looking for? http://www.nexusmods.com/medieval2totalwar/?

If not - First, the game must allow mods. Not all games do.

Here is the link for new games for those that can't find it: http://www.nexusmods.com/medieval2totalwar/?

Then you must upload a legitimate mod for the game - A place holder or empty mod won't work.

Uploading a mod made by someone else without their explicit permission will just get a ban for mod theft.

Then, after a review by a Administrator, if it is approved, the new game will be added

And yes, there is a forum where you can discuss any game. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/forum/118-pc-gaming/

Thank you.

The link is for Medieval II which is one of the games in the Total War series, though the content doesn't seem to have anything relevant. Perhaps it was set up and not used? I'm interested in a Rome: Total War one.

Do Nexus (not members) determine which games can have mods hosted? Rome (and to a lesser extent) Medieval II have a huge number of mods, and quite a number of professional and popular ones among them...six figures (or more in rare cases) in terms of download numbers..

FIRST a mod must be submitted. Without a mod there is no reason to have a mods section for the game because there are no mods to download until someone actually uploads a mod.

And submitting a bogus mod is NOT acceptable.

Why don't we create a mod section first? Because there are thousands of games and we don't want thousands of empty game sections cluttering up the site. Contrary to what some people seem to think, bandwidth & servers actually cost real money, and lots of it.

If you expect to be able to use NMM to manage your Rome mods, Not much chance there as there is not enough demand ( look at the numbers of mods for the 21 games NMM does support) all the rest still have to be downloaded and installed manually ( again it costs real money and programmer time to program NMM for a new game)

Some games actually have well established mod communities outside of Nexus where the mod authors for that game prefer to have their mods.
