For one, to hook up Home Plate to the resource ring, so it can be a real worthy residence. Also I'd like to perhaps have a steady trade line, like the way you're making caps from vendor stands - having a provisioner 'do' Diamond City should bank you some caps in your Home Plate workbench, as an alternative for not having any merchant stand options.
