T-51 Loot list changes

I'd like a simple mod that changes the loot lists to start spawning T-51 pieces somewhere around level 5-10.

 

I keep going straight from T-45 to T-60 either via BoS or Atom Cats and never get to play the T-51 at all. Just feels like a shame to "waste" this entire set of armor in the progression. As it is now, the T-51 is really just a collectors item - something you grab after your T-60, just to have one on display in your garage.
