However, my new vendors will change to any clothing you sell them that has a higher DT than theirs. I have searched through the in-game vendors for the secret with no luck thus far. I had considered changing their clothing DT, but they are set non-essential, and I did not want anyone stealing their overbalanced clothing... I did not even thing about making them unplayable.
