Couple of simple requests/WCIF's

Hello there, I shall keep this as clean as possible.

I am in need of mods that:

 

> Make armour and weapons repair automated. Or just make it less hassle.

> Let me zoom the camera distance while in 3rd person view.

 

Thanks. I have heard that you can do the second one in MGE, but can't seem to find it.
