Sparring Partner/Practice Dummy

I was wondering if it is possible to an NPC (or something like that) that stands in one place and can be moved around with "z" (on computer) , doesn't talk, and won't attack you if you attack it,

so therefore this is gives you a different way to train your skills.

 

 

Also if you try to talk to it you get some options, like fight you (to increase block, light armor, etc.) or to just stand there, pack up (maybe it can be an item that you can pick up and drop), etc.

 

The reason i would like it to be movable is because i just recently downloaded a player controlled ship mod, so i want to put the "dummy" on my ship, sail out to sea, practice then come back.

 

I would be VERY greatful if someone made this (doesn't have to all features).
