I cannot understand. The actuall problem is that any modded weapon shows with low res textures apart from a few spots on them. I had the same problem with fook loose files esm, showing all laser weapons and various others with low res textures so I installed the no loose files version and all was good untill I modded a gun. Thanks in advance for any advice :) p.s. this load order was suggested by the mod manager after I used the BOSS auto sort feature. carlosjuero
It is likely that the text file used to determine sort order conflicts is context sensitive and if it is looking for different context [eg deadmoney.esm rather than the correct DeadMoney.esm] then it will think the file isn't there. If what you have copied is a copy/paste of the error message then I can almost certainly say the sort order file [for conflicts] is out of whack [eg: it is looking for dead money.esm (notice the space)]. The same seems to be true for the other errors saying it cannot find the ESM's which you show to be present. The conflict detector isn't quite perfect and I personally never use it. I use the BOSS sorter feature of FOMM and then troubleshoot problems if/when I come across them in the game. As for the issue w/ low res textures - that is an odd one. Is it required [via instruction on the mod page] that you have all 3 WME-FOOK, WME-DeadMoney, and WME-FOOK-DeadMoney compatibility patches? mastromanos
I have installed the compatibility patches for fook from the wme mod page. I had initially followed the install instructions for fook from their nexus page using the FOMM to install the mod. But I started having problems with low res even before starting mixing mods, simply by having only fook installed. I even disabled and re-enabled the archive invalidation feature thinking it might have caused some problems but nothing. Do you see some blatand mistake in my load order? carlosjuero
Best bet is to uninstall all of the mods you are using, start a clean game, and check to make sure all weapon textures are right. Then reinstall the mods one by one [ensuring to follow every step to the letter] to see which one is giving you the texture problem. It is time consuming, but it is also the best way to pinpoint possible errors.
viking99
most of the posts with a load order problem seem to have all 4 preorder packs active. either you have bought 4 copies of the game or somehow got your hands on preorder packs you should not have. if you own a legal copy of the game remove the illegal preorder packs and update your game, the geck and if you use it nvse. if your game is illegal you cannot expect any help on this site. read the forum rules about piracy.
