Whiterun CTD

Hey Everyone. I'm having an issue with my current Skyrim play through. when ever i fast-travel or enter via door into white run my game crashes to the desktop after a bit of loading time. this only happens with my current character because when i start a new game and enter Whiterun i don't get a CTD

 

I know there have been a few topics based on this issue. but i was also hoping that if none knows the soulution, someone could tell me a way to find out what's causing this issue.

 

Here's my current load order. i'd put a spoiler tag to lessen the load but i don't know how.

Well my first guess is that its a mod conflict, that or you need to fix your skyrim memory which can be found here

I'm pretty sure it's not a memory issue because I already got the SKSE memory patch

 

I thought it was a mod conflict too but it happened out of the blue I had only installed a couple of mods and they shouldn't of affected whiterun
