Start Game Problem - Roulette wheel keep spinning

I have been playing fine for a few weeks now, have a few mods installed:

 

DArn

Primary HUB

Elector City

Shiloh Coloured Maps

Nevada Skies

 

 

About a week ago I also installed the Ojo Bueno - texturemaps, using FOMM, which worked ok but I noticed a very little bit of stuttering so decieded to deactivate and see if they were the cause.

 

Now about 75% of the time when I start FONV via 'continue' the loading screen just hangs, roulette wheel spinning... and I have left it for up to 15 min.

 

The problem is the only way I have to get out of it is hard re-boot (on/off switch) . It may be just a coincidence that this occurred while I was trying out Ojo Bueno ... but since I have deactivated them I am not sure what else else might be causing the problem

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
