greatfhan
Hey everyone. I was going to post this in the request section but i figured it's more of a general themed topic. I was thinking about starting a hardcore mode file, because i only tried once and failed at it. I was just trying to get some opinion on the best hardcore mode mods to get before i start it. I heard that theres some that really help, but don't necessarily give me an advantage. Anything would be great, thanks!

greatfhan
No Fast Travel sounds very interesting, i'll check it out for sure! Also shouldn't they have like a hardcore mod section? If they do i have yet to see one.
crawler3
yeah i wondered about that too, given the severity of change that it does. i would also say any mod that increases the amount of stuff in game, specifically food and craftables.it does depend if your looking for assistance or realism.id take any weapon realism mod, Screen FX (give effect on your hud depending on your condition, (RAD, health and Limb Damage), the Canteen Mod is also very helpfull, as it lets you keep 6 refillable drinks per canteen found. IWS, to put more friendlies on the road, ElectroCity (i think) Darker nights, this will make dealing with night much more... interesting.
greatfhan
The only one i can't find, is the Screen FX so you can see dehydration and hunger. I need that just so i don't have to go into my pipboy to check it. Thanks for the suggestions, i really would like the increased NPC mod. In terms of what i'm looking for, realism.
