miserable09
Hello,Sorry for the noob question, but I installed OOO and not sure it did anything. I've only just started playing so I'm only like level 5, but wandering around the few dungeons and caves around the Imperial city I've only encountered low level monsters and loot... I thought it made it more like Morrowind where you could feasibly stumbled into much more powerful monsters (at low levels) and subsequently find greater loot.. Any help is appreciated -m

Any help is appreciated -m I had the same problem, when I downloaded the mod, I didn't see anything change. This is what I did: I went out to the County Anvil, and there I found new camps. These camps are inhabited by non-aggressive woodelfs, wich are there to fight with an other groop of NPC's inhabiting some new dungeons. It is a quite complicated story and also a kind of quest, so I can't tell everything. You can also look for new items in loot. If you find things like gemshards or gold, silver or copperbars, it's activated. Shops probably have an changed inventory as well. If you can't find anything of the things mentionned above, you can allways look in the 'data files' section of the main menu, the mod is listed there, and you'll be able to see if it is activated. SickleYield
With OOO, it's usually recommended that you wait for two weeks or thereabouts ingame before looking to find new creatures if you use it with a savegame rather than starting a new game. They'll turn up. An easy way to see that the mod is installed is to go to the Imperial City and look at the guards. Some will have capes and more of them will be female if OOO is there and working. DeusXMachina
The easiest way to look if OOO works is if you have a "hotkey" item in the inventory, in the misc objects. It's the droppable torch included in OOO.

Spudscorner
I noticed the plants in the water right outside the sewer exit, and the bandits right across the way are wearing the new fur armor that OOO adds. On a side note does any one know if Oscuro means to start a new game from scratch or if a save at the sewer exits is acceptable?
DeusXMachina
If you use a save at the sewers you'll have to relevel the NPCs with Wrye Bash.
