Merchant Gold Not Resetting

I have FCOM and other mods installed, and I think the only mod I have affecting the economy is Living Economy inside of Francesco's mod. For some reason, the gold on merchants is not resetting like it should after a certain number of days. I've even tried using StartQuest cflemenu in the console to bring up the Living Economy menu, then using the reset all option, but it doesn't do anything. I've also tried disabling Living Economy in that menu, but it also didn't work.

Are you outside the area when waiting for the time required to have the cell respawn? Also, you might want to check if the time required to have the cell reset is altered by any mods (could be changed from 3 to 10 for instance).

I fixed it by reinstalling Francesco's and telling it not to use Living Economy, then installing Enhanced Economy. This fixed it for all merchants except one, and I used a console command to set his gold to 500.
