stevie70
i noticed, when assigning textures to a nif, nifskope apparently stores absolute file paths (like d:\games\etc) instead of relative path descriptions, is this something i have to worry about? (i really got no idea, i'm just doing first steps in nifskope, but i most definitely don't want unretrievable files when people play my mod on any other than my own machine...) Quetzlsacatanango
If you are sharing your mod, yes. Anyone who doesn't have the game installed in the same place as you will not have textures.Just remove everything in the path before \textures and it will work.
