settler change outfits, why?

So... i took my time an gave everyone her special outfit. One for farmers, one for guards, traders, and so on.

From time to time some of them just appear in their "own" clothes, and i just cant seem to find out why?

I dress them up and take away their standard stuff. so they only have one outfit equipped, and a gun with some bullets.

 

It doesnt affect everyone. F.e. in Sanctuary or Red Rocket this never happens. In Abernathy farm, Taffington Boathouse it happens. I know this for sure, cause i build the settlements in the last days.

 

Is it because i install a new mod? (i do regulary, new outfits mostly. build the new ones in bodyslide then) Or is is just a game feature/bug?

 

I use mods like "only female settlers" f.e., but nothing else that changes settlers. Only building-mod i use is homemaker atm.

But i think i remember that happend way before i installed one of these.

 

Ah yeah, and i rename them with a bat file, which came from a renaming mod.
