yeah your right for real girls but this are only NPCs =) ...and by the way I do not use the bouncing breasts anymore ...but when I look at some screens from different mods u see the npcs dance,move,play guitar how do they do that ?

There are a few mods floating around that allows characters do certain poses, search for pose on NVNexus and FO3Nexus. Maybe some of them include guitars.
