Nvse crashes upon startup

For some reason no matter what i do, uninstalling New Vegas, Nvse, or even installing older versions of Nvse fix this seemingly stoppable crash.

can someone PLEASE help me fix this. I have been trying to fix this for several days now..

Start by reading this article and moving your game out of the default "C:\Program Files" folder tree.
