Oblivion Mod Manager Error 5 When Installing

I keep getting this message when trying to install Oblivion Mod Manager:

 

Setup was unable to create the directory 
"C:\Users\Adam|appData\Local\Temp\is-JIKJR.tmp", 

Error 5: Access is denied. 

 

I'm using Windows 7. Anyone know why I keep getting this error? It appears right after I open obmm_setup.exe. And another strange thing (I think) happens. The "JLKJR" part changes each time I try running it.
