Rope Ladder and Tree house

How about a rope ladder object? You activate it and your character gets "lifted" or "dropped" to a new height? Sorry I don't know about scripting... please tell me if it'd be prohibitively difficult due to the game restraints.

An animation for climbing it would be SO SWEET but ultimately unnecessary.

I'd like to see a tree house mod that doesn't use loading screens BUT ALSO doesn't have a wrap around stairwell.

Other than that, a defensible position from a tree house/shack would be nice.

In order to get into the tree house, climb a nearby rock formation/hill (run up the side of a cliff like we love to do, sometimes to the death of our poor horses) and jump down from a rock outcropping onto the tree house's roof/ small porch.

To get out of the house, use the aforementioned rope ladder, or jump down a few planks that are embedded (in intervals) into the trunk of the tree.

So far, all my followers have jumped when I jump (like at the end of a quest in a cave) So the jumping down shouldn't be too difficult for them. However I'd like this tree house to be closer to a shabby shack than a proper "home". Maybe some sacks for permanent storage but not much else inside, certainly not a full service crafting station like most player homes.

If I could integrate it with Campfire/Frostfall mod so that the facilities require crafting to use/upgrade that would be awesome.

For example, in the shack there is a flat stone that someone has been burning Ruined Books on, you click on the stone and it says to you "Bring a Kettle (vanilla clutter object), some stones (mined from a stone quarry that was added with hearthfires) and some Firewood to upgrade to a permanent potbelly stove". Still requires kindling/fuel to use.

Then there is a pile of straw, you could sleep on it (in case you have a "needs" mod) but in order to get Well Rested Bonus you have another option when you click on it "Bring some Straw (hearthfire clutter object) and some Hides/Pelts to make a comfy pallet"

In Campfire/Frostfall you can create a portable Enchanting station, a Tanning Rack, and buy a Mortar/Pestle so just leave those at the shack, three less things to carry.

It would be a nice beginner home, a home for Bosmer, or hunters/thieves/beggars/kids/ people who don't want to play the game as rich and famous.

Most important request though: A rope ladder.

Thank you for your time and consideration!

edit: I changed the first line of the request because I have learned, through much pain that YES, it is very difficult to do anything to mod Skyrim LOL
