I would really like to see if someone could create a race or character based on the Guilty Gear character Dizzy. I've got pics and sprites for anyone who wants them, but i think it would be pretty awesome if someone could help me out with this one. There are already some mods that come close, but i'd like to see if anyone could get even closer. While an entire race would be cool, a character mod would be fine too.
