Shivering Isles Improvements

When I first got to the Shivering Isles and looked around I was shocked that the guards were...well...less than friendly. But it was understandable due both to my position and theirs. However I was shocked as I quickly progessed up the ranks of Dementia, that dipite being the Duchess and later, the Mad God himself, they still refused to show respect for my authority saying they refused to talk to me, etc. But that was only a few things that annoyed me as only incomplete things can. Heres a full list of improvements I would like to request.

 

-Makzen and Saints are more polite once promoted to Duke/Duchess (respectively, but dont expect the same treatment from your rivals) and you can finally get some communication with the 'Rumors' feature. Because their disrespect for your station is appauling. Especially when you get the same comments out of them after becoming Mad God. Dont they realize you could smite them?

 

-When killing Syl, the handmaid woman states that she would create a diversion to get the guards away from the bedroom, yet upon entering the garden, two seducers are still there and you are forced to fight them, later they neither respawn nor do they get replaced, making that room seem very bare without a patrolling guard.

 

-After Syl's murder, both the secret exit door outside the city and the secret tunnel enterance in the guarden should be closed perminantly (the statue hiding the tunnel replaced. The player should not be able to access the tunnel after the mission.

 

-The fake Syl's body removed from the bed in the sleeping quarters.

 

-Be able to help rebuild Passwall.

 

-Populace of Passwall should return after the battle in the palace (at the very least, the inkeeper) or all their possessions should become fair game (because taking items from the now unowned homes till constitute theft)

 

-You should be able to enter the fortress (Pinacle Rock, or Brellach) that you did not visit during the quest to find it in perfect condition with guard patrols, etc. Also, the guards (in my case, outside Pinacle Rock) still refer to you as "Your grace" and not "My lord" or "My lord Sheogorath". It seems...odd.

 

-Palace courtyard cleaned up post attack. all bodies gone. The soldiers fighting in the final battle should be set as critical and be seen patrolling the palace and the city.

 

-Upon revisiting the strongholds of the Seducers and the Saints, soldiers of the respective parties should be seen patrolling outside and inside the structures and some rubble should be removed from inside to denote repairs are underway (if not fixing the entire complex to be completely repaired).

 

-When commiting crimes as the Mad God, the guards no longer arrest, as for a fine, etc and instead simply give their "Must have been a misunderstanding line"

 

-Be able to donate money to Haskill to enlist more seducers/saints to patrol the roads of their respective areas.

 

-If the player has yet to begin the "Defense of Bruma" quest, player can order the Makzen/Saints to help in the defense of Bruma and while there is a little tension and hesitancy in the Cyridillians accepting such help, a small detachment of guards are sent to protect the city.

 

-The guard escorts dont stay with you during fast travel. Id really like for them to guard the outside of my home in Skingrad but they wont follow me.
