Snap to Grid not working properly

Recommended Posts

For some reason, I can't snap static architecture pieces together anymore. It always ends up bouncing too far above, below, or to the side of the piece I want to connect it to. It's done this before, and I'm not sure how I fixed it. Can anyone help? It's not a disastrous situation, but it is definitely getting on my nerves. :wallbash:

memorize the items and do not allow the render window to process them don't double click on the items, right click only editing. when doe save it close down GECK and reopen it to Now show what was done. Until a better GECK comes along. This will work. Or it should as it has for me.

Say what?

Go to file-> preferences and click the 'select snap to reference'. Then click the crosshair on the item you want to snap to. Then everything should line up properly (until you go to another cell, then you might have to do it again).

That doesn't seem to work.

The piece is still quite off and won't line up no matter what I do.

If it helps, I'm trying to fit "CastleIntNarrow1waySecret01" with "RFNAged01."
