skyrim crash in main menu

hi everyone i have a problem with my skyrim. when the nexus updated nmm my game crash. The bethesda logo didnt appears just see the loading icon then main menu pop up, enb info in top left corner and steam info pop up in bottom right corner then game is crashing. this is my load order maybe someone can solve this:
