Hi guys,

I always had this problem but never bothering fixing it, but now that I'm taking my time installing new mods and testing the game before jumping into playing it, I really would like to fix it.

When I enter a new area (fox example an inn, or a house), I experience some stuttering when moving the camera to look around, but only the first time, after that no more stuttering. I will explain it better with an example:

I enter into the Bannered Mare, the game load the cell, everything is fine. The cell is loaded, I'm in the Bannered Mare now, I'm not moving and I have 40/55 fps. If I move straight to the wall in front of me without moving the camera everything is still fine, the fps are stable. If I move to the left to go into the kitchen, then the stuttering begin and my fps go to 20 for a second, then go back to 40. Now I'm in the kitchen and everything is fine, still 40/55 fps. If now I move back to the main room, I don't have any problems, still 40/55 fps. If I go upstairs where my bed is, then I got stuttering again with 20 fps for 1 second then again up to 40/55. If I move back down to the main room and to the kitchen, no problems at all. Now I can move freely into the whole tavern without any stuttering or fps drop.

It's like the game doesn't load the stuff near me unless I look at it with the camera, so when I move I got stuttering because of the loading, after that I can move without any stutter at all.

It's not unplayable but it's annoying. Any way to fix it, please?

I use ENB and lots of HD textures (2k or 1k). I got 8 gb of ram and 4 gb of vram.
