Reskin some supermutants to be Nightkin?

I'll be blunt and say the likeliness that this is even read by someone who would create the mod is practically none; however whats missing in FO4 is our mutie buddies, Nightkin.

The texture modification should be fairly easy, making the nightkins appear in game as separate npc group in plausible manner would probably be bit harder, or would at least require overriding some stuff.
