I am getting the same thing, and on the FO4 site for some reason some if the images will not show as well as the mods themselves.

Noticed this, too. I've also noticed I can't load thumbnails (or any images for that matter) that were uploaded after 15:19, 13 Feb 2016

 

That time was a little further back some time ago so I guess the site is catching up. It'll probably blow over in a few hours.

 

Update: Looks like the chat is back up.
