It's still not working in Malaysia. The page is still not loading and downloads wont start.

 

Edit : It works now. It seems I need to restart my router as well instead of just clearing my cache. Stupid me.

Same issue happened again at around GMT +8.00 at 1600hrs. Issues solved around 1635. Singapore here
