Light at the end of the tunnel

I am making a mod that changes the generic light at the end of the prison sewer exit into a small screenshot of the ruins just outside. I'm also placing the tunnel portion into Tamriel so that one can actually walk out of the tunnel. It's all working fine except the image at the end of the tunnel is not viewable from very far away(about the middle of the chamber) unless you view it an angle. Then it kind of pops(or slides) into view. Strange that it is visible or not depending on the view angle. I would like it to be visible as soon as you turn the corner to face the exit at the opposite end of the large chamber.

 

Things I have tried that did not work:

Turning on 'viewable when distant for the 'skydome' (the image at the end of tunnel)

Removing the fog layer that is actually part of the gate nif, thought it might be a transparency issue.

Changing the skydome from hemispherical to flat....thought it might be a normals issue.

 

I'm out of ideas. The only other strange thing is, when the image disappears it seems to be replaced by the same general color is the tunnel so that it blends almost perfectly... almost like fog. It doesn't go black or pink. It also appears that like it being covered and uncovered by something sliding in front of it. I know it isn't really, but it just looks that way.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out.

If while in the CS you go to World/Cell there is a tab for lighting. It seems to default to the cell that you are curently in. Then there are settings for min, max, and clipping distances. I changed the max and clipping distances from 3600 to 6000 in increments of 1200 until I got the desired result. Works perfectly now.:smile:
