Project Sinful City - NPC Cosmetic Overhaul

You can sleep with Red Lucy, Sarah Weintraub, and several others.

 

But you know what? I WOULDN'T EVEN DO IT IRL. Seriously. Some of these characters are just butt ugly. We seriously need a mod that delivers across-the-board cosmetic improvements to the NPC's of the games. There are some amazing ones out there for the companion characters, and even one or two for Sunny Smiles. The only mod that came close to accomplishing this was Book of Earache, which, unfortunately, isn't even on the Nexus anymore.

 

So here's what I'm proposing, and I would really like some help getting this done, as that's a lot of NPC's were talking about here. I am going to start a project that will completely and totally overhaul the appearance of NPC characters to make them more attractive, paying special attention to named NPC's whom you can either sleep with, are important to the storyline, or are otherwise supposed to be pretty, but just aren't.

 

WHAT THIS MOD ISN'T:

• This mod DOES NOT affect companions. There's a ton of companion cosmetic mods out there already, I don't want to conflict with them.
  
• I won't be doing Sunny Smiles... yet. Not until I get permission to make a compatibility patch for Sunny Smiles companion, or someone shows me how to do this.
  
• Most of the males are fine. It's the girls who really need to be improved.
  
• This mod WILL NOT require Lings or Project Mikoto. Though, I might make a Mikoto or Lings version eventually, depending on time. Think of this as the FONV equivalent to Project Beauty.
  
• I won't be altering their inventories, to avoid incompatibility with other mods.
  
• This mod also won't require Dead Money. Considering the only human character in there is Christine, who has a reason to look like that, I won't mess with Dead Money at all. EDIT: Okay, Father Elijah, but really, there's no point in changing his appearance either.

I would really like some help with this project, just because of the sheer number of NPC's that are in this game. If I can divide the work, that would make this release go MUCH faster. Any takers?

Well most the guys under 40 look pretty bad, so I dont think its just the girls who need work.

I'm having some problems with the new G.E.C.K. I started with Watkins, and she looks like a zombie when I adjust her skin textures.
