MrPazuzu
Now that I've gone ahead and figured out the basics of Wrye Bash I'm finding I like using it better than OBMM. My main problem is that with many mods I can only find them in OMOD form and I'm concerned about how well Wrye Bash and OBMM play together. Is there a way to extract the files from an OMOD using OBMM or another method so that I can install the parts I want with WB without causing conflicts? Failing that, how can I be confident that my mods installed with WB and OBMM don't conflict in some game breaking way? For example, if I want to install Deadly Reflex (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8273) with a HGEC BBB mesh and skeleton (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34442) that only comes in the OMOD format what do I do? wetblanket
In OBMM, right-click on the mod and either select 'Convert to archive' if you know it's BAIN-ready or 'Extract to' if it will need some work. Say 'No' to exporting omod data. I think the WB team are working on importing omods directly but don't quote me on that.
ArmeniusLOD
You'll actually want to export omod conversion data if it has an install script so you'll know how to structure a BAIN package. Case-in-point, the HGEC body mod.
rhapsodicink
I use them both without any problems. OBMM handles multiple mods better (from my experience). When I would install more than 20 mods via Wrye Bash, It would start to slow down and freeze. It didn't happen with OBMM
