Mafianking
Hey guys, I had a quick question concerning using the console in-game. If I use it to change a value here or there, can I save my game after wards? I'm told it can cause bugs, or is it only really if I make ridiculous alterations to the game? deu58
I do not recall hearing that one myself although corrupted saves do seem to be a problem at times in the Bethesda games. I am not a big console user but from time to time I use it and I have to go find the command I want and I have been a couple of places and I do not recall ever seeing that warning. The warning I have seen is that if you use the console with steam active i.e. not playing in offline mode that it will disable you getting any of the steam achievements for the remainder of that game session. Below is a link to the vault console page and at the bottom it has a section for known bugs and I do not see your concern listed there. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_console_commands
