TheTrueLichLord
While in the market district, selling my massive amounts of loot to jensine, I had an idea...step 1: buy store from office of imperial commercestep 2: upgrade store (like a house)step 3: hire somebody to run the storestep 4:Dump loot in store cheststep 5: ???????step 6: PROFIT!!! I want this as a mod because i get quite a bit of loot, but can only sell it for about half its value, and the merchants get to sell items for nearly double their value!!!I believe that you should be able to buy a shop for a fairly large price (so you have to earn it) and upgrade it with stuff like the anvils and ect. (for including repair, recharge etc.) to your shop.the ability to hire somebody that will provide the services you have purchased (for discount/free to you.) be able to place your gathered treasure into the supply chest, then after a while they are removed and gold is placed in a profit safe.I thought that having a small amount kept by the shop manager to pay his wage would help balance and add realism. After i have been on an adventure I want to be able to drop by the store to leave my loot and collect my money (this would also make selling easier and faster.) It would be incredible to actually see people walking around town with the armour, clothes, jewellry etc. that i had personally collected, but im not sure if its even possible for npc's to use shops. TL;DR: I want to own my own shop in oblivion. Feedback appreciated. Thanks in advance Yours Sincerly, The True Lich Lord.
