Red missing texture shapes?

Hi, skyrim worked perfect for my until now on ULTRA.

I finished the game twice everything went just perfect.

Yesterday i launched the game and when i clicked continue an error popped up saying- "this save relies on content that is no longer present"

When im in the game i see red transparent red shapes all over the map and on my self to. \

I tried the following methods :

-Reinstalling the game

-Deleting all mods i used (yeah i used over 20 but the game still worked perfect)

-Verify game cache

-Starting a new game

 

Noting worked.

Someone help?
