In need of a Pillbox

greetings, i am building a MOD using the GECK and find myself in need of a "pillbox" for part of the lore surrounding the MOD, i can seem to build one correctly out of the things that they give you in the GECK, so i am asking for some help on this one.

 

ok, so all i would like is a square pillbox with 1 door way(but no door) and 3 windows facing the other directions. here is a pic to help with it:

now obviously these are old looking pillboxes from WW2, i would like the one you make to look cleaner, more like it was newly built as per the lore of the MOD

hmm... the model itself looks easy enough to whip up. Dunno about the texture, though. Drawing textures is my arch-nemesis... Then again, I guess there should be no shortage of existing concrete textures in FO3.
