Water texture is missing from Colorado River

Just today, for whatever reason, the water texture in the Colorado River is completely gone. I say only in that area because Lake Meade is fine for whatever reason.

I just updated my graphics card (NVidia 9800GTX). Still the same issue. I tried changing some of the settings in the graphics settings (LOD, etc), but nothing seems to work. Any idea on what I should do? Screenshots are provided.

Should I post this in the mod help section as well? Because I don't know what's causing this issue; the graphics settings or the mods.

I'm having this exact same issue (down to the Colorado River missing textures, and all other bodies of water showing fine) and the NV Game Stabilizer thread posted there is dead and there is absolutely no other thread where I'm finding anything resembling this issue

I'm having the same issue aswell and can't figure out what is wrong. I can't find anything that would help me fix the issue. I've tried everything and all I can think of at this point is a shader related issue.

 

Edit: The bug is caused by the "Run The Lucky 38 Casino" mod for me. If you want to still run this mod, make you sure load it first after all the .esm files.
