After Aaron Kimball is assassinated Arnold Schwarzenegger rise to replace him as the Super Mutant/ Cyborg Alien that use human mask that make other humans see him as fellow human (References to him as the Governator for extra points). 2.)Monocle Mod- I must have my sniper wielding formal clothed and top hat hatted sniper why a top hat? well because top hats are for gentlemans!.
