Oblivion growth mod?

Is this possible?:

"Depending on your strength, you character will be taller or shorter, muscly or thin."

 

if this is possible, then is there any mod like this?

 

I have found some mods that make your character look muscly, but it applies to all male npc's, and it doesn't depend on your STR.

I doubt there could be a mod like this, it would require an extreme amount of modeling, texturing and scripting, and the time involved to make it compatible with multiple races, and custom races (because face it, nearly everyone is using a custom race.)
