Call of Duty style health visual.

I was just wondering if it were possible for someone to make a health indicator in the style of the latest Call of Duty games.

Basically, I find the health bar boring and annoying. Blood splatters over the screen would be much more interesting.

BLOODY SCREEN! SO REAL

 

I doubt this would be possible, but maybe somebody could do it.

 

I prefer the Health Bar though, mainly because you know how hurt you are, as apposed to the guesswork that comes to the bloody screen.
