Is Beth's Head System total Crap? I can't get Skinny Johannsan on the basefemalehead

I have gotten better at putting photorealistic textures on in game assets:

So, today, I tried to add Skinny Johannsan, the cousin of the famous actress on the basefemalehead, it went about the same as the Grumbly Cat, the cousin of the famous curmudgeon.

 

But this is what I got in game:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, I could show you the moles and other landmarks that makes me sure it's her face on that in game asset. Wtf? Anyone solve this problem? Or the only way we're gonna get really pretty ppl that look like someone familiar is by watching a movie? I don't want the looks of the prior attempts that look like eerie puppet versions of the ppl that look familiar, I want to make the actual person's cousin!
