After 30 minutes it is not likely to be a mod problem. I would first look at cooling. If anything in your system is overheating it can cause a repeatable crash at approximately the same time.

Check to be sure all fans are running and that all air channels - especially on your graphics card, are clear of dust. Another problem I have run into is all fans blowing out. The air has to get in somewhere. It's better to have a balance of fans blowing in and out - typically fans on th elower front blow in, while those on the upper back (including the power supply blow out. But that can vary depending on your case design (my current case has the power supply isolated on the bottom).

It's best to not use a normal household vacuum to clean the dust - unless you have a non static nozzle. Instead use a non static brush and low pressure air - 50 Psi or less, to blow the dust out. The traditional brush for this is mads of camel hair for some reason. - this is best done outside to avoid the mess. High pressure air can blow plug in components off the board, and I have seen it peel the traces off of a circuit board (greater than 100 psi)

Second I would look at the power supply. A weak power supply usually shows as a computer reset/restart crash, but it can overheat and cause other types of crash as well.
