zegra Posted February 17, 2016 Share Posted February 17, 2016 so may bases get attacked bit now in the game - and it pains me to watch my settlers react by runing right at the attacking force --- even giveing them long range guns they just do not seem to use cover -- you have settlers on guard posts that give cover, and the first second of an attack they run away off them. Point being when you fight say a group of Raiders you see them a npcs useing the cover around them, trying to help stop you shooting them to bits, its a nice effect. Never seen a settler use any cover, they would rather stand out in the open get to close and shoot, even if they all have snipper rifles or combat rifles - could be just me and i have managed to get the dumbest group of settlers out there --- but some use of cover and some smarter use of gun play on settlers as you see on raiders/gunners and the like would be nice.
