Problem with Oh my Papa/for the republic 2/col. moore

hi all,

 

got the following problem:

i experienced problems earlier with the quest oh my papa/for the republic part 2.

i killed papa khan silently and had afterwards no speech options with any of the khans to convince them to fight for the ncr.

so i went to the fallout wiki and found this console command, which i also used: "SetObjectiveDisplayed 00136166 27 1 - Regis takes over, sides with NCR"

next step was to report to col. moore. at that point (and for every quest following), she still asks me about the situations with the khans. i have these two options:

 

- "i have a few other questions"

-"i work on the situations with the khans"

 

it always helped selecting "i have a few other questions" and then selecting a speech option which was related to the quest, which i was doing for her at the moment.

so i played on till president kimball came. i protected him and he left the dam alive. now the game says, that i should report to col moore, but there is no speech option related to the president.

 

i think i messed this quest by using the console command during "oh my papa".

 

is there a way, or a console command, to complete this quest?

If you're stuck and that quest is glitched, you could try exterminating every last khan in the camp, including Jack and Diane who are off in their lab, you'll likely be ok with Col. Moore. You should get a message on your quest immediately once there are no khans left alive at red rocks.

 

You could make a save before starting this process, it doesn't take too long to sweep the whole camp and their leaders hut, but I'm pretty sure this guarantees you'll be ok with Moore even though it might not have been the exact khan outcome you'd hoped for.
