How can I remove the default spells from a race?

I want to remove the "Voice of the Emperor" and "Star of the West" from the "Imperial" race. I delete them from the "Character -> Race" menu, but they continue appearing when I rebuild my character whit the "showracemenu".

 

(I put another powers, and they appear also by this system).

 

How can I remove the default powers with TES?

If you just don't want them in your spell book you can use this mod with no need of modifying the vanilla races.

You can also remove them with the console. Type in Player.RemoveSpell 00047ADE to remove Star of the West and type Player.RemoveSpell 00047ADD to remove Voice of the Emperor.

Yes, I already has that mod (great mod!). So if its safe to remove those spells like this, Ill do dat.
