HELP! Named storage displays exploding on entrance!

so my save is in my house. i load it up, im in there, its fine everything is fine. Then i leave, no problems. When i go back in the house, all of a sudden all the named storage displays explode and all the items go everywhere. Since they were fine when i came in on the save, i dont know why they are doing this when i go back in the second time.

It seems that if i remove the collision markers there is far les exploding, yet im confused because ive loaded into the cell many times with no issues, but now its like all my collision markers are blowing up...i have a lot of named storage so I dont want to remove the collision markers as my only option.

on a related note, i did navmesh the place, and now my npcs are where they are supposed to be .

any help is appreciated.

That is a typical problem in skyrim and I'm not sure why it happens. However, most of those items are moveable items. I believe when they are packed close together so they are touching each other the havoc just goes crazy.

Are you attempting to make all those items as pickups for the player? Or, are they just for displaying and no pickup?

Looking at your video you have a lot of objects in your cell, but just for a test try setting some of them as don't havok settle and see what happens.

ALL the items in question are set as dont havok settle and have the script for disable havok on load...only happens when i put a collison marker in there (except the armors) but if i take them away it sys things like "take scroll of whatever" but you CANT cause i have block activation script running also.

is there a way i can do the block activation WITHOUT it saying the item name when you get close? it says "search potions" but then if you get closer it start showing the potions, except you cant take them.

Really not sure. Had a similar issue with an activator that I did not want the player have access to after a certain event. I solved it by increasing the size of the collision cube, but don't think that will be practical in your case due to the layout of your areas.
