dubiousintent Posted July 16, 2017 Share Posted July 16, 2017 Then you have the "archive package" of "NVSE.7z" downloaded and now you need to "unpack" it. (Only mods packaged as "self-extracting" have an ".exe" extension. They are the rare exception for modding.) If you have installed 7Zip then all you need to do is "double-click" on the "NVSE.7z" package and 7Zip will ask you where you want to unpack the content to (which drive and folder). That can be to an interim "temp" folder, from which you then copy the files to the game folder as directed in the "Installation Instructions".
