Reason for the ban

Offenses:

Theft, alteration and re-uploading of mod content and utilities to another file host without permission from the original creator of said content.

Minor offense of persistant attempts at jibes towards a member of staff due to a previously issued formal warning.

Compared with a statement from her own readme RFT:

"You can now use this follower with Familiar Faces but it's outdated so I recommend using my modified version known as Follower Creator. Follower Creator is customized and improved." for the following mods:

Which lists modification of another users work without permission, which was then used to create the rest of AngelWyngs own mods while she attacked the owner of the very utility she had stolen and used herself.
Said author of the stolen file had since blocked AngelWyngs access to their files due to their unending berating and borderline attacks, likely including the theft and alteration of their work as well.

Additional: Deletion of comments related to people pointing out that you do in fact still make use of a version of a utility you claim to no longer support.

Linking to projects we have banned from being uploaded is also a very silly thing to do. As we do have a regulation against such practices.

Same readme RFT file also provides links to repackaged files and compilations of various mods from other users taken without permission.

In short: A thief, a liar and a hypocrite.

You only retain the rights to files you have uploaded to a Nexus site. You do not own the rights to files or content not posted by yourself that might have been created as a result of your content being available on any Nexus site, including, but not limited to, ratings, comments, images created by other users, articles in regards to your content and any statistical information in regards to your content.

All files uploaded must have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content. Such permission must be indicated in the Readme text attached to the file and/or on the Description page (or in the Description field for images), and must be obtained in advance, before uploading the file. If you cannot provide proof of consent then your file will be removed and your account is likely to be banned.

Always provide appropriate credit to authors who have given you permission to use their content in your files both within the file description and within your file readme, even if said content was published as free to use.

Do not upload files that are knowingly broken and known to prevent the majority of members games from working properly.
