Crashing at New Game

[Dekasa]

I've been searching and working on this for hours but I cannot for the life of me get this working. Full FCOM install + Better Cities + Unique Landscapes + QTP3 Redimized + Race Balance Project and a few little things. Did the whole install, starting with FCOM (Fran's, OOO, WC, MMM, then uFCOM omod installer). Made OMODs of pretty much everything and I'm sure there's just something dumb I'm missing. All drivers up to date.

 

Game is crashing at the beginning of the loading bar after starting a new game. I don't have any saves yet, it's a fresh install.

 

Sys specs:

Win 7 64-bit

Intel i5 2500K (not overclocked)

AMD HD 6850

8Gb RAM

Try running it thought BOSS. Remove ArmamentariumArtifacts.esp add ArmamentariumLL4OOO.esp and ArmamentariumLLMagicOOO.esp. The author even say in the readme to use these two for FCOM.
