Problem with the Mainquest delayer in MOE

Hi there!

I have a Problem with the Main quest delayer which was included in the Modular Oblivion Enhancement Pack.

 

With this thing, youll start in Anvil on a Ship, just arrived from another Province. The Emperor is still allive and Kvatch isnt a burning Pile of Rubble yet.

To start the Mainquest you will have to commit a crime and surrender to a Imperial Commander or Captain. It wont work with a normal Guard, so it says in the Readme.

And now, heres my Problem: I cant start the min quest. I am the Master of everything, including the Dark Brassahut. I cheated my Way trough the Imperial Prison, maybe thats a possible reason. Anyway, If i commit a crime and surrender to a watch captain (pickpocketed Itius Hayn) he'll throw me in the wrong cell. There are two Prison "Wings", the one for the Normal Inhabitants, like "Mylvina Arnaro", Hironymus Lex's (former) Spy in the Thieves Guild.

Ant then there is the "unbelievebel Bad Maniac Wing" for evil Prisoners like Valen Drath and the Player Char, and for the Emperor of Course.

 

Now if i commt a crime and surrender to a watch Captain, i end up in the wrong Wing. The Emperor wont come trough my cell, because im not in the one with the "secret" Escape Route.

 

 

I tried to surrender to other Watch Captains. No Difference, Wrong Prison.

 

Any Idea how i can get the Emperor to run into his demise? ;(
